♡ Customers that choose to pre-order will always receive first shipping preference - this means that once stock arrives, pre orders will be processed before the remainder of the stock goes live on the website for purchase. 
♡ By purchasing a pre-order item from Rumi & Fae you understand your items will ship within 2-5 business days once stock has arrived.
♡ The estimated shipping time will be stated in the product description.
♡ The estimated shipping time of the product is a guide only and is subject to change in certain circumstances when the supplier is unable to ship the products on time or there is Covid / shipping delays which are out of our control.
♡ Refunds are not available for pre orders due to delays.
♡ If your'e pre order item is delayed over 14days you may contact us to request a store credit in place of the product.
♡ By purchasing a preorder item you understand your items will ship when stock has arrived.
♡ In Stock & Pre- Order items will be shipped together once all items have arrived unless otherwise stated in the item description.
- Should you require your in stock items be shipped sooner, please contact us at  hello@rumiandfae.com ( an additional shipping charge will be applicable )
♡ In certain circumstances some pre-order items require a minimum quantity to be met by our manufacturers - in this case it will be clearly stated on the item description. In the rare occasion that the minimum qty is not met after 30 days all customers will be provided with a full refund.
